  • Details regarding the project are either incomplete or nonexistent on the customer’s part.

  • Refund requests are made due to personal changes, internal conflict, or decision-making processes that are purely business-based.

  • Several revisions were already approved by the customer.

Project Commencement

Clients may be eligible for a refund before work on the project has officially started. Partial and/or full refunds cannot be applied after the start of the writing, editing, designing, marketing, or producing process.

Refunds and Revisions

Where there is a dispute over deliverables, Falcon Global Publishers might try to sort out issues via amendments, changes, or adjustments prior to considering a refund claim.

Ownership and Use

Should the client receive a refund, the ownership rights to the drafted material, concepts, or works done by Falcon Global Publishers will belong to the company. No distribution or publication is allowed without written authorization from Falcon Global Publishers.
